Manuel, 1999 manifest to think about upgrades of the lower techs. When lower tech 3d printers take over trash landscapes and how would this relate to the tactical media consumer practices.! How will multiple resolutions based on economic stance respond and adapt to the moving boundaries of tech?

  1. Interesting manifesto… the idea of continuously upgrading for free raises lots of questions such as the innovation in time. We are awaiting for an official item to be upgraded for us and wiling to pay more when in fact, you can do the same for free with alternative routes…
